SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated, the articles are in stock, we ship day-to-day and delivery/transit time will usually be 3-5 days from order. All orders will be shipped by UPS, unless otherwise stated. Tracking number and information will be sent to the user placing the order. All packages are fully insured for your security, subject to Incoterms DAP. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirming your order. You can always log into your account to see the status of your order.

  

PRICES

All prices are NET in € excl. VAT.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by the following cards: 

MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Visa Electron and JCB. 

 

We use encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that orders or personal data only can be read by computers and personnel at TRESU A/S. Credit card account information cannot be read by personnel. We need your name, address for delivery, e-mail address and telephone no. to be able to execute your order. This information we do treat with utmost confidence. 

By payment with credit card, your order will be handled immediately and the amount is captured from your card when the goods are shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are standard rates + a handling fee based on total volume in kilograms (KG) and will appear on the order confirmation.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Standard warranty time is 12 months for purchases made by companies or for business purpose. Warranty applies to products showing discrepancies and/or malfunctions not evident at purchase, provided that product itself has been used correctly within applicable regulations as described in official technical manuals. 

Warranty service will include repairing or replacing (at TRESU's option) of the product and will exclude technical maintenance on site, as well as after-sales installation. 


In any case the device to repair or to replace must be returned to the address given by TRESU A/S in its original packaging (including manual and fittings like cables); to avoid potential damage, whenever possible, this original package should be placed within a further external package where the Customer should clearly mark the RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Warranty shall not apply to devices which should be damaged by static electricity, misuse or unauthorized tampering. The Customer must bear full transport charges for the return of goods. 

All orders are delivered according to Orgalime SI 14.


RETURN POLICY

Customers are welcome to return purchased items if they regret their purchase. However, we reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition and packaging.

A minimum return handling fee of €49 or 10% of the original purchase price (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund. Customers must bear full transport charges for the return of goods.
