KnifeSeal DUO advantages:

This design is mainly for high speed >600 m/min Flexo Flexible Packaging running with water-based or UV inks. The knife seal has a stiff PE knife in the center of the seal where it touches the anilox. This PE knife is stiff, and therefore the sealing is made to a specific Anilox diameter on approx. Ø202 +/-1.
